Corrections Policy

We will get things wrong sometimes. When we do, we correct visibly and quickly.

• Corrected stories carry a CORRECTED label and a dated correction note explaining what changed.
• The claim ledger preserves full correction history — we do not silently rewrite.
• Material errors that were pushed as notifications trigger a follow-up correction notice.
• If a verified claim is later credibly disputed, its status is downgraded, not quietly removed.
